By using the IES Web site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS OF USE (explained below), LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the IES Web Site. My IES Store provides a service to our clients to sell digital and physical products from their own online store.

IES reserves the right to make changes to the IES Web site and its Conditions of Use and Legal Notices at any time. Each time you use the IES Web site, you should visit and review the then current Conditions of Use, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. Product Display/Colors

The IES Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and IES reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IES will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with IES’s Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

IES collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions on www.myiesstore.com / client name

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with IES gift cards, or all major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card, All Debit Cards and PayPal.
Generally, credit and debit card are charged at check-out. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed. For digitally delivered orders, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time that you initiate the order upon checkout. You will be sent an e-mail with a zip file for download.

Using Electronic Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. These certificates will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the card, you will be required to use another card or a credit or debit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit or debit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a partial return of an order using both a gift certificate and a credit or debit card, returned amounts shall first be credited to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be credited back to the gift certificate.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Termination of Use

Delivery Policy

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to IES’s shipping policies.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

We offer three methods for shipping your orders from www.myiesstore.com and the below methods demonstrate approximate ship times in the United States of America and Internationally. The shipping rates are provided by real time shipping quotes from USPS, FED EX and UPS.

  • Standard United States Shipping via USPS – 4 to 8 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.
  • Standard International Shipping via USPS – 14 to 21 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 13 to 20 days for transit.
  • Expedited United States Shipping via USPS Priority Mail – 4 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 3 days for transit.
  • Express United States Shipping via Fed Ex – 2 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.
  • Express International Shipping via Fed Ex – 5 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 4 days for transit.

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

IES partners with FED EX,  and the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE to ship your packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by USPS, FED EX or UPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm shipment of your order.

There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service.

Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location.
To ensure the FASTEST delivery possible for International orders, please select FED EX or UPS.

Download Policy

Purchasing and Downloading Audio or Video Files
Problem: My Audio or Video file did not download to my computer or device or my connection timed out in the middle of a download.
Solution: If you believe a file that you purchased did not download, be sure you are signed-in to your account to view that the purchase actually transpired. You will be able to view all your orders in the “My Account” and all of your other purchases. If you do not see the receipt for the download you think you purchased, then the purchase was not completed successfully. Check your email receipt to see if you were charged for the download. Also please check your junkc mail or spam mail to be assured your e-mail program did not send the e-mail with file there. If there are further issues, contact us at Customer Service.

Question: The files I downloaded  will not play?
Answer: If your file(s) downloaded completely but there is a problem playing any of them, you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. Some of the issues may be: You cannot  play any audio or video files on your computer. If not, check with your manufacture and/or your Operating Systems FAQs. You may also not have the right software to play these types of files. Free software such as iTunes, Windows Media and Real Player are available online.

Question: Can I listen or view a complete song/video before I purchase the file?
Answer: No. We do on most stores provide a 30 sec preview of every selection available.

Question: How do I purchase audio and video files?
Answer: All available files are designated with both a “Preview” button in the product description and an “Add to Cart” button next to the track title. When you find the file you would like to purchase, click Add to Cart.The selected file is now in your shopping cart. You are able to do this with multiple files and physical goods as well as view your cart before checking out.

Question: Can I return an Audio or Video File?
Answer: All audio and video downloads are not returnable once they have been purchased. If you need assistance with a purchase or download, please contact Customer Service.

Question: How do I download my purchased files?
Answer: With each digital download purchase you will receive a confirmation, but the links to the purchase will be sent to you via email.You may want to also check your spam folder if you do not receive the email immediately after placing your order. If you are operating on a PC, you will need to right click each link in the email to save the file to a destination on your computer or mobile device. If you are using MAC then click the link(s) in the email and save the file to your destination of choice on your computer or mobile device.

Return Policy

Return Policy/Refunds

IES will accept any unwashed/unworn apparel merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). IES will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-apparel, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened.

All digital sales are final, cannot be returned or refunded.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your original order or order number and date of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate or issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.

Postage for returns/exchanges is paid by you.

If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit your freight costs for the defective or damaged merchandise paid in the cost of return. For damaged international returns, include shipping receipt and up to $7.00 USD will be reimbursed.

If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange you authorize us to charge your original payment source the applicable return shipping charge.

For any returned merchandise valued in excess of $100.00 you must send the merchandise using a traceable and insured ship method. All other items can be sent by a method of your choice.

We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

IES may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. IES also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us.
