“The creative process is always a very special moment in my life and I thank you for sharing it with me. My vision was to create something that would bring us out of the emotional isolation we’ve been in and make people feel again. I asked guitarist, Fareed Haque, to help me transport the listener to a crossroads, a musical intersection of urban and rural infused with a mix of blues, gospel and of course Chicago Jazz. This represents what I call my “marinade”. I hope that your spirit will be moved to a myriad of emotions, including love, sadness, lust, and hope.
